Customers who rely upon Almagard Vari-Purpose Lubricant appreciate its cool-running, long-lasting, water-resistant performance. It dramatically lengthens grease intervals, eliminates bearing failures, can extend bearing life by up to threefold, and does not harden with age.
Recommended for extended service applications, Almagard is extremely tacky and will not wash off, pound out or melt and run, even in severe conditions. It is ideal for on-and off-road equipment where high impact occurs, as well as many in-plant applications.
LE’s 8104 MONOLEC® Two-Cycle Engine Oil’s special formulation instantly disperses in the fuel. This and other exclusive features of LE’s 8104 MONOLEC® Two-Cycle Engine Oil help achieve optimum performance in two-cycle engines. LE’s 8104 is blended with paraffinic base oils for greater film strength, lubricity and high natural Viscosity index. It contains MONOLEC®, LE’s exclusive wear-reducing additive.
In two-cycle engines, lubrication is achieved by mixing the lubricant with the fuel, and using the fuel coming into the carburetor as a carrier for the oil. Lubrication of the entire engine must be accomplished in a single pass through the system. The fuel/oil/air mixture passes from the carburetor into the combustion chamber in a split second, where high temperatures instantly vaporize the gasoline. The oil, in droplet form, must lubricate all moving parts of the crankshaft, plus the piston and cylinder. If combustion of the oil is incomplete, or by-products are deposited in the cylinder, serious problems can develop such as spark plug fouling, clogging and restriction of intake ports, piston ring sticking or piston scuffing.

Pyroshield Syn Open Gear Grease is a heavy-duty synthetic lubricant developed for large unshrouded open gears in the mining,
mineral processing and cement industries, and for other severe service applications that require a lubricant with superior wear
protection, exceptional load-carrying ability, outstanding tackiness and ease of application at various temperatures. It also works well for applications in which gears experience high point-of-contact temperatures of 327°C (620°F) and above.
A product of advanced lubricant technology providing boundary lubrication, unmatched performance and versatility, Pyroshield
Syn Open Gear Grease is formulated with high-viscosity 100 percent synthetic base oil, a non-melting thickening system
and LE’s proprietary heat stable additives. It contains a synergistic mix of Almasol®, LE’s exclusive wear-reducing additive, and
a unique combination of extreme pressure additives.
Almaplex Ultra-Syn Lubricant has the power to increase equipment uptime and enhance bottom line profitability by offering exceptional quality, versatility and reliability. A heavy-duty synthetic grease containing LE’s proprietary additives Almasol® and Quinplex®, Almaplex Ultra-Syn provides optimum performance under extreme operating conditions. It is an aluminum complex thickened grease
made with an ISO 460 viscosity synthetic base fluid, a combination that provides superior high-temperature functionality, low-temperature pumpability and excellent performance in the presence of water. Almaplex 1299 & 1298 (NLGI grades 2 & 1, respectively) provide 73 percent higher extreme pressure performance than competitive grease, as indicated by the results of the Four Ball EP Test. In the Water Spray-Off Test, competitive greases lost almost six times more grease. This performance offers the potential for
energy savings and reduced operating temps in applications such as construction, agriculture, mining, steel mills and paper mills; hammer mills; extruders and ball mills. Almaplex 1299 can be used in couplings where AGMA CG-1, CG-2 and CG-3
lubricants are recommended.
Almaplex 1295 is an NLGI grade 000 semifluid grease that has superior film strength because of its synthetic high viscosity base oil. It is excellent for use in heavily loaded bearings in cold temperature applications. It performs well in any gearbox that requires a semifluid grease, particularly enclosed gearboxes where housings and seals have lost their ability to retain conventional gear oils.
LE's 9102 SYNTEMP® Synthetic Lubricant is a unique, heavy duty, high temperature spray lubricant designed for open gears, chains, cables, sealed bearings and slides – or any “tight” area where grease lubrication can be best accomplished by the spray method. Its superior lubricating qualities reduce wear, friction and heat far more effectively than ordinary greases.
This high temperature grease is water resistant, non-melting, rust and oxidation resistant, mechanically stable, has EP characteristics and contains MONOLEC®, LE's exclusive wear-reducing additive.

resistance and high load carrying (EP) properties. It penetrates to the core of wire ropes, whether they are running or stationary. It is also excellent as a penetrating lubricant for chains of all sizes and works well in a variety of other industrial applications. When used in conjunction with Wirelife Almasol® Coating Lubricant, maximum protection and wear reduction is achieved.
It contains a petroleum solvent to enhance its ability to penetrate. The solvent evaporates, leaving behind a film of heavy-bodied lubricant that protects and lubricates each strand and resists leakage from the wire rope core.
Beneficial Qualities
Superior Penetration
• Penetrates to the core of
wire rope and to the pin and
bushing area of chains
• Provides long-lasting
lubrication of inner strands of
wire rope
High Load-Carrying Capacity &
Friction Reduction
• Contains extreme pressure (EP)
additives
• Works well for heavily loaded
standing or running wire ropes
• Resists fretting wear, a major
cause of wire rope failures
• Provides wear-reducing
protection between strands
and over sheaves or drums
• Allows strands to slide against
each other with greatly
reduced friction, wear and heat
H1 Quinplex® Food Machinery Lubricant (4025-4022) is a semisynthetic
grease suitable for a broad operating temperature range.
In addition to being a food grade grease – NSF H1 registered for
incidental food contact – it is also robust enough to withstand
moisture, high temperatures, extreme pressures and other harsh
conditions found at food manufacturing plants. It features an
aluminum complex thickener base, providing extreme water
resistance, excellent mechanical stability, reversibility and tackiness.
Key additives include Quinplex, LE’s proprietary impact-resistant
additive, and a rust and oxidation inhibitor. Switching to H1 Quinplex
Food Machinery Lubricant results in longer bearing life, fewer
equipment repairs, less downtime and lower lubricant consumption.
